Had an amazing dinner with 5 course tasting menu and wine paring. What can I say, it is definitely worth the second star. The service at the top, food is very unique and delicious. What surprised me is the perfect wine paring, really matching all the dishes. I highly recommend this place.

My boyfriend treated me to a surprise birthday dinner at St George. Where do I begin, the attention to detail in this place was remarkable, from the outdoor setting, fanciful water glasses, amazeballs starters, wine pairing per dish, presentation of the dessert servings and finally the lovely birthday cake. We opted for the à la carte menu. Nothing could be faulted. Altogether an absolutely delish experience that I would repeat again and again.

This certainly was one of the best dining experiences, I have ever had. The setting of the restaurant within the Ashbee hotel with a terrace overlooking the Ionian sea is stunning. I loved the service - absolutely impeccable. The little stool by the table for handbags was a nice touch. We did the 5-course tasting menu with wine pairing. Every dish was absolutely delicious - the tortellini were so delicate and the lamb so tender - definitely the best I have ever had. Even the bread selection was excellent - warm and fresh - the one with sundried tomatoes was my favourite. Another highlight for me was the china - each of the plates had a different style. When the dessert was brought up, the little lamp on the table was switched off to highlight the lighting inside the plate - such original presentation! The parting gift from the chef and him stopping by our table was another nice touch. My only regret is not doing the 7-course tasting menu but thankfully we got a reservation to come back tomorrow for it. What a truly exceptional dining experience! Update: Came back to do the 7-course tasting menu with wine pairing. It was so worth it! This place deserves a second Michelin star! Have a drink on the terrace at the start was an excellent start. The service was just impeccable. Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time, as did Frederico and everyone else! Looking forward to going back there on my next trip to Taormina.

My fiancé and I chose St. George for our first night in Taormina, and it became one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. From the moment we sat at our candlelit table with breathtaking sea views, we felt completely cared for by the warm, attentive, and highly professional staff. Every course was a work of art — nine beautifully paced dishes enhanced by thoughtful surprises from the chef. The evening was filled with romance, joy, and flavors we will cherish forever. Without question, this is a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly magical dining experience in Taormina.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary there and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is more than stunning. A beautiful villa with a wide terrace with an incredible view of the sea. The staff were very nice and attentive, they even organized a small surprise for me (when asked by my husband). We tried the 9-course tasting menu and the food was to die for. The dishes were very well calculated in size, so that I could finish everything without a problem. The flavor combinations were very interesting, the presentations stunning. All in all, a real culinary experience suitable for a restaurant of this range. Keep the good work!

This is serious fine dinning. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and we don’t regret it at all. The setting is breathtaking, the decoration, tables, cutely, etc is beautifully designed. Service is extremely professional and attentive. We ordered the 7 course menu with wine paring. It was a wonderful journey. I particularly liked the lamb dish and the wine that was served with it. The chef is a very talented and ambitious young man, he visited every table and had a chat with his customers. An absolutely wonderful experience, totally recommended.

As far as fine dining goes, this was one of the best experiences I've had. The service is impeccable and the food is delicious. Many fine dining places emphasize the looks and special ingredients and methods of the plates, but the flavors are lacking. Not here. Every single plate on their tasting menu was absolutely yummy.

We dined here in September of last year, and not a week has gone by that we haven’t thought about that evening. The entire experience was transcendent — from the warm, attentive service to the stunning tasting menu and wine pairing, every detail was handled with care, precision, and genuine hospitality. Each dish was a work of art, thoughtfully composed with flavors that were somehow both surprising and deeply comforting. The ingredients sang, the presentation was unreal, and the pacing of the meal allowed us to truly savor and celebrate each course. The wine pairings elevated every bite, and the staff’s knowledge and passion only deepened our appreciation. We’ve been lucky enough to dine in beautiful places all over the world, but this meal stands apart. It reminded us why we love food, not just to nourish, but to experience something meaningful. This was more than dinner; it was a memory made with such care and craft that we’re still dreaming about it nearly a year later! If you have the chance to go: do. You’ll never forget it.
